Elph Desktop

Description
Elph Desktop is an application for unified communications services (Eltex UC) from office computers based on Windows, Linux, or Mac OS. It functions as a SIP client with access to UC services or as an assistant to a corporate phone connected to the Eltex ECSS-10 ecosystem, with a call recording feature.
Elph Desktop enables:
- audio/video calls from a computer using a headset and webcam
- audio and video conferences
- messaging and file sharing via a built-in chat, also available in the conference window
- access to a corporate phone directory from a computer monitor
Elph Desktop is part of the Eltex corporate communication solution. Connecting an office phone and Elph to ECSS-10 grants the user access to the corporate network and UC services.
Confidentiality is secured at the SRTP and TLS protocol level as well as through mechanisms of network infrastructure protection based on ECSS-10 and Eltex VoIP equipment.
Functions
The ECSS-10 hardware and software complex ensures UC operation, connectivity with corporate telephony services, and synchronization with the phone book.
